We pay the costs The bulk of the costs in selling your home are legal and survey costs. Provided that these stay within the £600 we will pick up the bill. Because there are no estate agents involved, there will be no estate agents fees which could typically amount to thousands of pounds. Even if you do have it on at an estate agent, most agencies operate a sole agency agreement, but does not prevent you from selling it yourself
Speedy sale When you’ve completed our online form, you will be contacted to arrange an appointment. There are no obligations and you can cancel at any time. Soon thereafter we will put in a fair offer and if accepted will be completed like any other property purchase. The property will be surveyed and the process will be completed by an experienced and qualified solicitor. Don’t worry we’ll be there every step of the way. If a completion needs to be performed urgently this can be arranged.
Stop Repossession We can stop repossessions by buying your house before it can be repossessed. In most cases you will be able to remain in the property as a tenant.
Rent back This is a popular option because not only are you free from the burden of a mortgage, but you can also remain in the property as a tenant. You won’t even have to move your favourite armchair.
Price There are many factors which could influence the sale price of the property. We take all of these into account and make you a fair and speedy offer. This is typically in the range of 80% to 90% of the open market value. |
